We are now accelerating our expansion across Latin America (Colombia, Mexico & Argentina) and we are looking for the leader who will build, scale and onw our entire regional operation.

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager LATAM to build our regional presence form early traction to scalable revenue. This role is ideal for a founder-type operator, someone who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure and owns the full lifecycle of our business in the region - GTM, revenue, partnerships, customer adoption, operations, post-sales and local team leadership.

 

You will act as the CEO of LATAM, orchestrating commercial strategy, customer success, local operations and cross-functional alignment with global HQ.

Core responsibilities

Market Strategy & Leadership

 

▪️Own the full LATAM regional strategy: market prioritization, segmentation, positioning, channels and pricing;

 

▪️Build the regional roadmap in alignment with global product, operations and revenue teams;

 

▪️Identify regulatory, cultural and competitive nuances that influences product adoption;

 

Revenue & Growth Ownership

 

▪️Own topline revenue goals for LATAM (pipeline, ARR, expansion, renewals);

 

▪️Lead GTM execution across Sales, Maketing, Partnerships and Customer Success;

 

▪️Drive early deals personally (hands-on selling) and later scale predictable engines;

 

Customer Adoption & Success Leadership

 

▪️Ensure high adoption of the netLex platform across enterprise accounts;

 

▪️Oversee local onboarding, implementation, support and renewals;

 

▪️Partner with global Product to bring customer feedback, blockers and opportunities;

 

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

 

▪️Build a partner ecosystem with consulting firms, integrators, legal partners and distribution channels;

 

▪️Develop cross-border alliances to accelerate adoption and co-selling opportunities;

 

Operational Management & Expansion

 

▪️Structure the regional operational backbone: processes, SLAs, hiring, support, compliance, infrastructure;

 

▪️Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions or implementation, support and service delivery;

 

▪️Coordinate local contractors, vendors and internal squads for regional needs;

 

Team Building & Leadership

 

▪️Hire, train and lead a high-performing LATAM team across Sales, CS, Operations and Implementation;

 

▪️Establish culture, rituals, accountability and performance management;

 

▪️Coach the team to move fast, collaborate tightly with HQ, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for

▪️5+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally selling and/or operating in enterprise or mid-market segments;

 

▪️Experience expanding a SaaS product into a new geography (Latin America preferred);

 

▪️Strong experience in GTM leadership, including sales, partnerships, onboarding and customer success;

 

▪️Experience leading small but high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments;

 

▪️Track record of building repeatable processes form 0 1  scale;

 

▪️Advanced/Fluent Spanish is a must-have;
