netLex is Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. The platform is used by market-leading companies to efficiently manage not only contracts, but also powers of attorney, legal consultations, corporate acts and other documents.
Various sectors of large companies, such as Legal, Commercial, Purchasing, Finance and others, can use netLex to create files, send them for approval and signature, negotiate them with customers or suppliers, store them automatically, as well as to extract data to build management dashboards and graphics for intelligence.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is the set of management practices that organizes all the stages that contracts go through between their preparation and fulfillment.
These steps may involve, for example: requesting the creation of the document, preparing the text, negotiating with the client or supplier, approving the final version, signing and formalizing it, fulfilling obligations and, finally, ending or renewing it.
netLex is CLM software that adds technology to these management practices, centralizing the entire lifecycle of contracts in a simple and secure way.
As a rule, netLex’s monthly fee is calculated based on the number of users contracted by the client. The cost per user may vary depending on the access profiles granted to them.
The monthly fee also includes the cost of implementing and automating a certain number of documents. The number of documents and the price of additional automation depends on the project’s degree of complexity.
Additionally, netLex's native integrations are available free of charge to all of our customers. This includes, for example, integration with electronic signature providers. Other integrations that require specific configurations will be priced according to the project’s complexity.
