The LATAM Sales Expansion will be responsible for leading and structuring the commercial operation in Latin America, from conception to execution. The professional will actively participate in building and validating commercial strategies to ensure the operation is scalable and efficient, allowing investment in the structure to grow in line with results. The mission includes creating a team fully dedicated to the LATAM market, composed of pre-sales, sales, implementation, customer success (CS), and support professionals.
Lead the structuring and execution of the commercial operation in Latin America, focusing on growth and scalability;
Manage and develop a team of 4 people, ensuring that all members are aligned with the objectives and goals of the operation;
Prospect new clients across the LATAM region;
Conduct negotiations and contract closures with a focus on long-term growth;
Coordinate the implementation of commercial strategies to ensure efficiency and success in the operation;
Identify and explore opportunities for expansion within the existing client base, including upsell and cross-sell;
Actively participate in events and fairs in the LATAM region as a representative of netLex;
Maintain close relationships with other areas of the company, such as Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Product, to ensure an integrated operation;
Ensure that all commercial processes comply with the company's standards and policies;
Monitor and report the operation's results, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance;
Implement internal controls to minimize risks and protect the information under your responsibility.
Proven experience in structuring commercial operations in Latin America;
Previous experience in leading and developing sales teams;
Deep knowledge of LATAM market dynamics;
Experience with consultative sales and B2B SaaS;
Native Spanish and advanced English.
Have a degree in Law;
Demonstrate experience with structures three times larger than the one projected for netLex.
